VDRL (Venereal Disease Research Laboratory) test: negative

HIV: negative

Papanicolaou smear: ASCUS

Vulval swab culture: commensals Staphylacoccus

Vulval biopsy: non-specific, stains for fungus, bacteria, acid fast bacilli and herpes simplex virus were all negative

Colposcopy was perform because of non healing ulcer and ASCUS
